I did the squaw peak hike twice in one week so the pictures are of a group of friends and customers. Both times we hiked up the trail from rock canyon. Its the most amazing overlook. I would even go as far as to say its better than timp. Its about a 7 mile round trip and its pretty steep but well worth the look!

Upper Falls
Jul 20
Upper falls is above bridavel falls on the east side. Its a short easy hike up to the first water fall, but gets more dangerous the more falls you try to get to. Unless you are pretty good at rock climbing I dont recommend going past the first waterfall. However, if you are the upper falls are amazing! You can also get pretty high on them. To get to the trail head pull into the nunns park, but instead of turning at the parking lot continue going straight. You will keep driving a short ways until you reach upper falls park. At the park cross the river and then the provo trail. There is a run down building there and thats where the trails starts. Its amazing and not many people know about it so you dont have to deal with the crowds like you do at bridavel.
Diamond Fork Hot Pots:)

Our Saturday Hikes are should I say it…..
SWEET
Recently we hiked to the Diamond Fork Hot Pots up Spanish Fork Canyon. This is an awesome hike that is for all ages. The ascent is gradual and it is an easy path but be aware we saw quit a few snakes although harmless they can give you the hebegeves….
There are three main pots that increase in heat as you go up the trail. It is even nice in the summer becuase of the flowing steam paired with beautiful waterfalls to play in as well!
So join the fun Saturdays we meet @ 9am at the shop.
And as always Play Hard and be Safe!
